The story:

The origin story of this food is not clear. However, what we know, meat stock-based savory jelly was made from leftovers ingredients. Its initial appearance was not attractive. French took interests in Russian’s cuisines and shared their influence. They explored and developed aspic to become more appealing. The current version is the result of this intention.
